I bought this report about 1.5 years ago and I just saw that people are still buying it! So I thought I should put up this review.
The author of this little report seems honest and there's no bad intentions here.
It's just that the technique is very simple and has limited applications.
In fact most of the Adwords guides and ebooks talk about this technique as part of their normal instructions.
In essense when you create Adwords adgroups make sure you put all the combinations of keywords (i.e. with spaces between keywords, without spaces, reversing order of words, etc).
The author himself admits towards the end of the report that the technique stopped working for some keywords because there were copyright issues around the product names he was trying to target with his keywords.
Like I said, get any decent Adwords ebook and this technique will already be covered.
