I purchased this ebook to find out that it doesn't teach you how to get free Ads on Google Adwords but how to make more money from your web site so you can offset the cost of the Adwords ads!
Not what I hoped for and I have heard from one guy that lost money trying this technique.

I was pleasantly surprised by this ebook. I knew the general concept from reading forum posts about it. But curiosity got the better of me and I grabbed a copy for myself to read.
I have to say this was one of the most mind-expanding online marketing ebooks I've read in a while. Even thought he gives out many HowTo examples (tactical) it was the overall philosophy (strategy) that really made me expand my thinking and discover new opportunity staring me in the face.
I especially liked the 4 bonus reports which detail exact campaigns that he's carried out using his strategy, the cost, traffic and profit generated. It's mind boggling and call me gullible but I believe everything he says because I've seen the kind of volumes you can achieve through pay per click advertising.
Even though the approach described uses Pay Per Click this isn't necessary. You can apply this strategy using any online marketing method I believe.
Personally I wouldn't apply the strategy the same way he has but I can think of a number of different ways to get a similar results.
If you don't have your own web site and have little experience with managing a mailing list and creating capture pages then this probably isn't for you unless you're willing to do some extra work to get up to speed on those skills required to implement this strategy.
Conclusion, if you already have a mailing list and run a web site it might be worth having a read of this as it will give you ideas on how to maximise your revenue per visitor and exponentially build your traffic/subscribers. Fascinating reading.

This is a controversial book. In the first 22 of its 125 pages, Dr. Cohen encourages you to sell it as an affiliate (explained in detail in the last 25 pages), and defends it against the bad press it has received. Nevertheless, it continues to sell well, and maintains a very high gravity rating in Clickbank.
This book is not for newbies; it is devoted almost entirely to PPC advertising, assumes you already know the basics, and advocates an approach that even advanced marketers rarely use.
I'm also not sure the technique is equally applicable to all markets. You would have to be promoting products in certain marketing/niches for it to work I believe.
But the guy seems to know what he's talking about, judging from his impressive credentials and the scientific detail built into his approach. It's based on time-tested, solid marketing experience that is extremely successful in the off-line world, and apparently gets excellent results on-line as well, judging from his income claims and testimonials (spread throughout the book).
The fact is, the plan is fascinating for its elegance and simplicity. Dr. Cohen lays out some specific strategies he has used with success which are easy enough for anyone to implement.
Although there is some up front cost in setting up and optimizing a given campaign, the system not only covers the costs of the campaign, but actually makes a profit on the advertising alone, without even selling a product!
When considering using his strategy, you have to admit that you'll end up spending money to optimize the campaign anyway. Furthermore, his method is working off advertising you're buying already, so why not try it? It certainly can only help, and if it works for you, it allows you to spend enough to capture the top spots and make the money back plus some! There is virtually nothing to lose.
In addition, he discusses other ways of monetizing the advertising, and other sources of free and discounted traffic, providing a number of important links for off-line advertising which is largely underestimated by internet marketers. He also shares some powerful ideas on viral marketing. Nothing revolutionary here, but some good ideas worth considering.
Having just read it, I can't yet guarantee its effectiveness. However, if it lives up to even a fraction of its author's claims, it deserves a 5/5.
